Customer Relationship Management – Domestic NV

Customer Relationship Management – Domestic Non Voice (CRM – Dom NV) – This course will train our learners’ to handle customer queries and complaints and respond to them by either email or over a live chat. Students will be able to handle domestic client issues remotely. Emphasis will be laid on teaching the students Microsoft programs, that include MS Power Point, MS Word, Ms Excel.

CRM-Domestic NV in the IT-ITeS Industry is also known as a Customer Ser. Associate, Customer Ser. Representative, Customer Care Executive, Customer Service Advisor, Helpdesk coordinator, Customer Support Representative, Support Engineer, and Support Consultant etc.
