Individuals are responsible to provide daily work reports and work on daily hour bases. The individual is responsible for electronic entry of data from the client side to the office site or vice-versa. Individual tasks vary depending on the size and structure of the organization.

The person responsible for data entry should have a thorough knowledge of technology trends and processes as well as have knowledge about database management systems. It is helpful if the individual is also aware of the new IT trends. The individual should have fast and accurate typing/data encoding. This job involves working on an individual computer, with appropriate software to enter accurate data. She/he should be able to work on MS office programs.

Maintain proper entry of required data of customers through use of various data entry software and techniques.
