Spa Trainer will teach the Spa Therapist about spa therapies and train them to perform services agreed with the guests in accordance with the organization’s standards of performance and sequences of services. The Trainer must exhibit knowledge of the practice of spa therapies to explain the treatment (the process, expected sensations, skin reaction, outcomes) and respond to the guest questions in an informed and pleasant manner.

This job requires the individual to excel in providing different spa massages, understand spa products and how to use them. The individual must exhibit a pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal, communication skills, ability to plan and prioritize, must be hygiene and safety oriented. The individual must possess the knowledge of anatomy and physiology for spa therapies.

After completing this programme, participants will:

• Get a Certification/Diploma in spa therapies
• Have Knowledge of the principles and practice of Spa therapies
• Have Knowledge of anatomy, physiology for Spa therapies
• Knowledge of Spa products

The Spa Trainer is responsible for assessing and training Spa therapist for a range of spa therapies and also performs services agreed keeping in mind the organisations requirements and the client’s expectations.
